Terms & Conditions

Payment

  • All payment should be fully paid upon the confirmation of the order. All payment are non-refundable.

  • Payment can be made by cash, ATM or online banking transfer.

Change / Cancellation of Order

  • No cancellation of order is accepted and all flowers / plants / goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

  • If you wish to change your order, a notification of 24 hours is required for bouquets / baskets; and 2 weeks notice is required for wedding or other floral decoration arrangements.

  • All orders made by fax / email / online will be confirmed by us within 24 hours. If you do not receive our confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us immediately.

  • Any order shall be made 7 days in advance to guarantee the availability of the chosen flowers.

Delivery Charge

  • There will be an extra charges for Outlying Islands and New Territories areas

Wedding

  • For the wedding bouquet, extra charges will be added during the period from Feb 6 to 20 due to peak season of Valentine's Day

  • The decoration packages prices are based on the flower selection and the decoration design set by Casablanca Flower Workshop; tailor-made decorations could be made upon customer's request, according to idea and budget.

  • This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers.

Seasonal Availability

  • Due to seasonal and regional availability of flowers, not all flowers / arrangements shown are available at all time. Substitution of flowers of similar style with equal or greater value may be necessary.

  • As flowers are natural products, colors may vary from that shown photo references. However, we will make every effort to maintain color scheme, size and shape of the flower arrangement.

  • Products shown are not in scale, for product dimensions, please check with us.

  • Casablanca Flower Workshop reserves the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions or terminate the offer any time without prior notice; in case of any disputes, the decision of Casablanca Flower Workshop shall remain final.
